Here at Chase Construction North West Inc., we are passionate about roofing and are constantly doing projects that ignite this further. Just recently, we did a job in the beautiful city of Eatonville that utilized the popular trend of metal roofing. The property was a massive 132 square foot home on which we installed the ASC Skyline 26G 16” pencil ribbed standing seam metal roofing system in weathered copper. We exceeded homeowner expectations once again, as is the norm for our skillful and capable crew! To quote the homeowner- “Their crew was wonderful on site. They were on time, worked really hard, picked up their trash, raked for nails, they were friendly, and it was just a great group of hard workers. The Details
The Skyline system has a clean, wide pan look of integral standing seam panels, but comes at a lower cost. The unique design facilitates installation and saves time and money. Though here we used the 26G option, the system also comes in 12 and 16G, that all incorporate the energy efficient “Cool” Dura Tech® xl paint system. This paint system provides superior color retention as well as excellent corrosion resistance. All Skyline Roofing panel assemblies are Class A Fire Rated when installed on non-combustible deck or framing, as was the case here. The ASC Skyline is a unique alternative to the traditional flat look and combines sleek sophistication with a shadow effect for added dimension. Additionally, the system reduces the appearance of unsightly oil canning that often plagues metal roofing. The homeowners were very pleased to have gotten exactly what they asked for and as a last remark stated “The job completed on time, as promised, and on budget. The roof looks beautiful, we got everything we payed for.” It was a pleasure developing not only professional, but also personal connections with these great clients and wonderful people.
