For our Seattle friends, we recommend the Bite of Seattle Happening from July 15th-17th. The Bite of Seattle is a food and entertainment extravaganza held annually at Seattle Center, with more than 50 restaurants joining in the fun. There are 6 outdoor entertainment stages featuring all genres of music, as well as a Comedy Club and numerous other events.
If you’re looking for something with a more country feel, there is the King County Fair, held at the Enumclaw Expo center! The King County Fair offers tractor pulls, live music, classic fair food, a petting zoo, rides and a midway.
We love munching on yummy fruit, and we are especially excited about the Vashon 
Island Strawberry Festival! The event will be a jam-packed weekend of uniquely old-fashioned fun, food, arts and crafts, music events, parades, family activities, carnival rides, pancake breakfast, and much, much more.
If you’re around the Kirkland area, Kirkland Uncorked is an event you can feel good about attending as any proceeds will benefit the Hope Heart Institute! Kirkland Uncorked is a regional showcase of art, food and wine on the picturesque shores of Lake Washington in Kirkland, Washington taking place at Marina Park.
Seattle’s historic Chinatown-International District’s Dragon Fest is back this Saturday! The Festival features Lion and Dragon dances, rhythmical Japanese Taiko drumming, Chinese martial arts demonstrations, Asian drill team, Korean Dancing, Indian dance performances, and much more!
Drawing in close to 16,000 people each year, Choochokam has become a community celebration through the many exhibitors that line the streets to the incredible musicians that play on numerous stages. The Festival takes place on Whidbey Island in the picturesque town of Langley! The event will also include enough food and fun for the entire family!
Lastly, check out the Tacoma Maritime Fest! The people of Tacoma understand their connection to the sea and they celebrate this connection each year. The Tacoma Maritime Fest is just such a celebration that offers visitors a street fair, a beer garden, and live entertainment.
